This is my dream house. Sitting on 20 acres with a spring creek running through it. Would bump add a bump out closet on downstairs bedroom, a dormer on the front to give extra light to the upstairs bedroom and squeeze in a half bath for guests downstairs. Love this tiny farmhouse look.
